A CALL TO ACTION SPECIAL PULLOUT - DRIVE TO DEFEAT STATE CENSORSHIP BILL H.B. 2982 KICKED OFF IN PENNSYLVANIA

We need YOU to Win!

A bill, H.B. 2982, which would send young people off to work programs for even attempting to buy stickered music will be proposed for state legislation in Pennsylvania by T.J. Rooney (D-Bethlehem) this September. In weeks since learning of the bill, anti-censorship forces have unleashed a massive drive to not only drown H.B. 2982 but to see the whole PMRC/RIAA "stickering" system go down with it.

This special ROC supplement details efforts on the part of ROC and others around the state around this crucial issue, from working R.O.C. Information Booths, bands getting involved, media coverage of our actions and analysis of the bill and the fight before us from Dave Marsh and from ROC's editors.
